This paper analyzes the static bending of two-layer variable thickness plate with shear connectors. Mindlin plate theory and finite element are employed in this study to establish the program in MATLAB environment. Through parametric studies, static bending of two-layer variable thickness plate with shear connectors depends strongly on the thickness of the plate, geometrical parameter, boundary condition and the shear connectors.
